it has 17x9 Panasports, but the tires are pure crap 235/45/17's

It should fit 255's all the way around.

Shifting with left hand is not a problem, but sitting on the right side is little different. I just drove 1200 miles from Canada non-stop with heavy rain. I keep on drifting to the left side, have to keep on checking. You do get used to it though.

stock nissan rated them at 276hp, but it's underrated. I am guessing it has around 300 stock at .6bar of boost. It can run about 1.2 bar on stock turbos, which would be about 400hp.

8,000rpm redline is fun tho =P
