what is the plenium that should I use in the throttle ?

997 OEM with OEM 997 throttle body. I advise to stay with OEM parts whenever you can.

OEM is proven quality. Reliable, stable, functional. Proven in many 10000 cars every day.
Anything else usually doesn't gain you anything and doesn't even have real data for backing up what it claims to be. If you now say that XYZ claims to have 25 HP/Nm more, well: you need to believe the story in order to be happy with your decision.
