wonder if they are the "newer" ones, or old originals? there's gotta be a reason that the original ones "whistle" while the replacements ( are they a 997 part now?? ) don't.

I'm just going to mod my pump, which reservoir do you have? I think I'm going to buy the updated 997 gt2 part

just a stock 996tt res. i used a gt2 setup i was able to get super cheap so i just removed all the lines and dropped in a gt2 p/s setup

Integral is infamous around these parts
i'm yet to hear of any BBi slave failures...

that said, i thoroughly enjoy mine and i track it bimonthly.

IMO why change the part to still keep the pentosin lines in place. Remove it all and do OEM gt2. The BBI unit is okay and works, but if you're gonna do it, do it 1x and the OEM way.
