C5Driver is infamous around these parts
My wife is a lemon law attorney and PCNA is among the most difficult to deal with. It will most likely have to be major for them to buyback the car. It definitely affects the value of the car.

I know of Porsche being exceedingly gracious in repairing their cars in cases where the cars shouldn't have broken, even outside of warranty.

I've heard from disgruntled customers and dealership employees that Porsche will do just about anything to fight a Lemon Law claim.

Stay away from the car. Far away.

Is the car Yellow with an areokit? My car was lemoned, bought back by Porsche, and sold through auction. This was in the 2nd half of 2003. It had a "intermitent stalling problem". This was quite serious and Porche was never able to correct it. My car was an 03 though.
In any event, if "intermitent stalling" was the reason for lemon buy back, I would stay far away from this car.
Just my opinion.
