Markskituning review
A big thanks to Markskituning! I don’t usually promotes ervices or experiences I have with vendors but Mark wrote me a K16 billet tunein late November and after over 70 e-mails back and forth, and a lot ofunexpected troubleshooting from my end we finally got my tune settled the otherday.
The previous tune on the car was from another vendor whoasked me to run logs as I had lost some boost with an exhaust change, theysimply told me things “looked good”. At this point my dash was only showing 1.0 bar on a K16 billet tune, so I knew I was missing some power none the less I settled with their answer and figured theyknew best.
A few months went by and I reached out to Mark who had me run initiallogs where he noted that the current tune had quite a bit left to be had so I sent the ECU off and got it back the same week!(Monday from Texas and returned to me Thursday).I plugged the ECU in ran some logs for Mark and things didn’t look right so I did more pressure testing(turns out I was doing it wrong, oops). I had a fairly significant leak that was atthe intake manifold plenum to the head and about 5 other small leaks that I addressed. In total I probably ran close to 15 if note more 3rd gear logs for Mark and eachtime I’d adjust something and report back. (Running logs got old lol only because its pretty rare I take advantage of the power I have so I felt like I was going to jail each time)
The customer service was beyond anything I’ve ever hadbefore which will 100% make me a return customer. The support I received will also lead me to buy hisintercoolers vs other products for a few hundred dollars less as my current intercoolersaren’t flowing enough air. I think being a return customer it’s the least I cando for all the help Mark was. A giant thumbs up to outstanding customerservice! I look forward to new intercoolers in the future and maybe even alittle more power!
Shawn
Side note: The time it took for this to be finalized was 100% on me, life, and working odd shifts. Mark was timely in all aspects and even took calls/texts, which is how we figured out I was pressure testing wrong.
