An electrical connector issue could be something to look for. I tested my wastegates at the N75 valve with a mityvac and it does work and does sustain 20psi+ with no leaks. This is a protomotive tune. I asked Markski and he wants to see a short log up to the overboost to see what the n75 is doing. Marski is good with broken ECU's so I thought I'd see what he thought. I'll email Todd K tonight to see what he thinks since it's his tune. The car did run fine with the n75 power disconnected.
check wastegates at the WG not at the n75valve (left and right and check about leaks at low boost and same opening point)

Upload a file that logs wastegate duty, boost and requested boost. I'm running todds tune with external boost controller. Requested boost goes straight to 1.54bar which is what your seeing.

I threw a p1508 torque differential code last night. Not a surprise as my n75 is disconnected. I'll double check my maf to be sure. I'll see what I can do as far as logs go but I really can't do much, the boost spikes immediately. It never used to do this before I blew up, so I really don't think the tune itself is the issue.
