Yippie. My baby just arrived late yesterday afternoon. I've pretty much been driving it ever since.

The car flies. The engine pulls like a jet and sounds incredible. It is so much fun. But so hard to keep it under 100.

Wasn't too thrilled with the transport driver. He drove the trailer right over one of the parking lot curbs and the trailer came down with a pretty hard hit. I'll be speaking with the company about that in the morning.

On the ride home the 'Check Engine' light came on.

Anyway, I'm proud to be a member of the 911 family.

Dude, the guy is driving a 50+' trailer, cut him some slack, those cars are tied down tight, don't worry about them, they probably hit bigger bumps on the highway

I'm not sure of all the performance mods but I know it has a reprogrammed ecu, short throw shifter and a Cartographic exhaust. I'm going to have to find someone who can identify all the engine and performance mods.

The non-performance mods which I know about are TechArt front, side and rear, GT2 wing, carbon fiber hood, HRE wheels, Recarro GT3 seats with Porsche emblem and backs painted yellow, Corbeau racing harness, leather wrapped roll cage, Ruf steering wheel and racing pedals, fire extinguisher, custom floor mats and carbon fiber trim on radio, shifter, p-brake and door sills.

You might be right but still you have to imagine what it felt like to be standing there waiting for her arrival and then having to watch that. And really the thought that this might have happened more times then what I saw doesn't exactly make me feel better. But I guess no harm, no foul. Right?

 

Seriously, who has time to take pictures. I can't stop driving long enough.

As bad as the curb hop sounded and looks, it most likely didn't have an effect! I have a buddy that drives them and you gotta hear some of the stories!!!!
