Perhaps a couple boxes of miniature watermelons for the service dept would grease the wheels a little. So far these guys are doing fine. I went by there after work to introduce myself to the SA and tech and show the tech where a bolt came off. For minor things I am not that concerned, I just want to be sure they will goto bat for me if needed... after all, I do have the PCCB's.

They have ripped 2 cab tops of my dads, scratched a couple cars, put a dent in one car.... broke so many things on one car Porsche was forced to buy it back and gave my dad a $5000 "coupon" toward his next Porsche because of their stupid dealer (yes the Porsche rep. said "stupid dealer"). If I were you I would do what we do and make the extra drive to Springfield Mass. My dad and I are good friends with the familly that owns that dealership (the Carteli's) and they are the best thing that ever happened to us up there... Damon Carteli is the GM there, if you drop our last name (Kozak) he will do ANYTHING you need!!! WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!

Well they did scratch my Cayenne and break the windshield during it's 10 day excursion for the abs issue...Hopefully, I won't need any service for the GT3 for the next couple of years. I can do the oil and most of the routine maintenance things...when I need new rubber on the car, I will remove the wheels and bring them in to have the tires put on the wheels and balanced. Sadly, I agree with you...They will never touch the GT3 and I will take your advice and go to Sprinfield, should I need any major service. Thanks for the heads up, but I was already getting that impression myself. With the Cayenne, I am not too concerned...It's a truck and trucks get scratches, although I did put them on notice that I was unhappy about the scatches they did the first time. The Srv mgr will be reminded to tell the tech to be very very careful.....in the furture

Sounds good Chris...would just hate for you to go through all the crap we did...it go to the point where we drove to Springfield, Mass. just for an oil change . There is a really good Itallian resturant right near the dealership we used to go to....o the good old days . I remeber when he got the Boxter S in for the Demo...invited my dad to drive it first....well lets just say there were 2 lanes....3 cars wide....we were in the middle . Anyway, never said the name, its Fathers and Sons Porsche. Call him up if you need anything.

I may end up going to Springfield for the Cayenne oil change...don't really want to be bothered dealing with that at home and I don't have much confidence that the tech would not overfill it @ my dealer...Bad. Good to know especially since I luv Italian food...
