Error codes help! Internal RAM??

I have a 2003 turbo x50. Upgraded turbos, fueling, internals, and all tuned. So I've had this happen a few times where I'm driving and the car essentially goes into limp mode and thrown a fault code P0604 Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM) Error. The car does not drive when the car throws that code. I also have another code, which doesnt seem to be as much of an issue, but that code is showing P1156 Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Open/Short to Ground. I tried searching but didn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated

Just to clarify, I know what the code means, but looking for similar situations where members may have had these codes and what was the result aka the fix needed. Thanks!
