Put your car in 5th at about 2500rpm. Then, go WOT and watch the boost climb and then settle off. You can try this in 4th if you do not feel comfortable (or have the road room) to do this in 5th or 6th. The higher gears put a higher load on your engine and give you a more prolonged, accurate reading on boost.
Hmm i always thought that wasnt a correct measure of boost as well because of the excess strain and build up put on the turbo's no? If so, when i put it in 4th or 5th and let it build up, it will pull a 1.0 bar then taper down to a .9 sometimes

No, it isn't putting that type of strain. You are getting a true load measurement as your turbos have time to spool before the RPMs run out. At that point, the ECU is able (and has the time) to control the boost. You also see the end-result of other factors that come into play as well (octane rating vs knock - timing retard, air temp, humidity, spark plug quality, any leaks in the air system - BOV quality, etc).

Ahh i see, thanks for the info man. Ever since my MAF sensor cleaning and new spark plugs, the car has transformed into an ANIMAL!!!!!!

It's amazing how such "simple" items control the car, isn't it? I recently had to order a new MAF as no amount of cleaning was clearing it back up. It's never ceases to amaze me how one sensor can be the life-blood of the car.

Hmm i still notice after cleaning it it was indeed better, but now its hesitating under light throttle in lets say 1st gear, like ill engage into 1st and if there isnt enough throttle pressure it will feel like it hits a dead spot then climbs, should i buy a new MAF sensor also?

Are you getting a CEL (Check Engine Light)? If you aren't, then that is your call, honestly. You could let someone with a datalogger or voltmeter check out the fuel trims and/or the MAF signal.

That may be the normal hesitation you get when the variocam switches to advanced.

Hmm interesting, its like if i apply enough throttle pressure or gas going in first it wont do it and is smooth, but if im light on the pedal it does, so i guess its normal
