There is always OZ as well. The Superleggera III is superb quality, forged, and less than a grand each.

But for the money, I still think the GT3 is a great wheel.

with the track approach to your car in mind I recommend checking out the following links for step lipped 18" :

I agree, that's exactly my style as well, Kinesis, BBS and Fikse.. Do it Buddy

Buddy,

Are you interested in some Kinesis K28R wheels? They are 18" but look like 19" because of the R design. The spokes are black and the lip is polished and fatt.

Edit: How the heck do you post a pic now? It says limit is 900 x 0!

They have forged centers and spun aluminum inner and outer barrel sections, and I have NEVER had someone who has bought a set complain of the quality of the finish. Look, Any 5 spoke wheel that wide is basically unsuppoted throughout 75% of it's width as well as between the spokes. You throw in a 25 series tire and the end product is a wheel that you have to take care of and be careful with - ANY wheel this big will bend easily.
I first want to say that you Damon, have MUCH more experience than I regarding wheels. My experience is exactly opposite of yours though with SSR wheels. My business partner had an '03 M3 with 19" SSR GT3's with Bridgestone PP's. He bent every wheel multiple times and had to replace a few that were irrepairable. I had 19" IntroForge Aero's on my S4 for the same length of time driving on the same roads and never bent one wheel. I had BFG Gforce tires on those rims. SSR's are very nice looking wheels, I like them but they are SOFT. Both rims had 3" or so lip in back 1-1.5" lip in front. I hit some potholes that made my teeth rattle, no problem. He hit a mild one, I was in the car, and bent one. This is my experience and my opinion, just tryin' to inform a fellow Red Beast driver!!!..............

My vote is Fikse. Their factory is 5 minutes from my office. Their quality is second to none. Their wheels are widely used and win many races. They are the strongest.
