Rods and studs

Hi, so how many hours labour should I expect to pay for rods and head studs? Also, what studs and rods are the best ones to use? Thanks

10-15+ depending on what you have done. Sean had a deal where he did the job for 7 or so without splitting the cases but you won't find that anywhere else. 12mm evoms or ARP 2000 studs, I have the ARP. The best rods are Pauter or Carillo, I have the Pauters. We've gone over this with you before but if you are making 1000 hp you will need a transmission, fuel stuff, and on and on to 30,000 plus, maybe more living in a tax heavy country.
