Veyron fuel pump

So, whilst trying to gather unbiased information (almost impossible with this car), I have been told that some people are running a Bugatti Veyron fuel pump. Brushless pump rated at 700lph. Only downside is it costs £1000 here in the uk but I’m told it’s worth every penny.

is anyone on here using one of these? Thoughts? Opinions?

yes one of the best pumps, I am running dual veyrons on my gtr, so was ams alpha-omega gtr at some point and most of 1000+ whp gtrs. seems they dont heat fuel so having some gains from there, cost is high but guess I have seen even cheaper than 800$ somewhere, not by much though

maybe talk to asnu in uk, they sell some kits for gtr, maybe they can help you.
the cheaper version was built by a company in czech republic if I remember right, I dont remember more now

Yeah, it looks to be a good set up. I’m doing some research but at the moment it seems the company that makes them is in Poland and owned by ti who also own walbro. Maybe used in some bmw’s And amg Mercedes aswell. As I find out more I will update here. Oh yes. I’m yet to find it available yet but apparently can be had for less than $350 if you can convince them to sell to you directly. One other note. It needs a controller but that’s easy enough.

That's a sweet looking setup if you can figure it out, It's not well known around here. Most high end setups are made from the SRM dual pump system.

Wink

Needs to be controlled but if you have Syvecs it does that and for the money it costs to get set up with “tuning” or a “Cobb “ I’m thinking of just jumping in the deep end and going full standalone. If you do research instead of listening to the “tuner” establishment, you can eliminate Porsche tax and get some great stuff for these cars. 😄

I'm running the single brushless setup with controller from SRM. Simple install with the custom hat and hanger, works great and good for 1000+ hp.

no expert here but here is some info you might find useful about this pump

$795 at Jay Racing: http://www.jayracing.com/fuel-pumps-...p-p-52147.html

Another source, says it's a Pierburg pump: http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motors...kit-7-50094-50

Pump controller: http://www.jjcraceandrally.com/race/...vdc-25amp-max-

Here is the pump, filter, wire loom and controller as a package: http://www.jjcraceandrally.com/race/...er-wiring-loom

Here is an external version, which has an integrated fuel pump controller: http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motors...kit-7-50094-50 and http://www.jayracing.com/fuel-pumps-...p-p-53589.html

Holley EFI also has a system with this pump and a controller, so does SRM. I think the controller is actually the trick part but I am not sure. I use 2 of these pumps on my 997.
