The Porsche on ROW is extremely soft to me, i also want something that will be really good on track, so the 7/10kg setup is more of a street/track combo over the pss9's correct? No need to go stiffer?
Think of the 7/10kg as being more street, but some track.
The 8/12kg as being an even combo of street and track.
Finally, the 10/14kg combo as being less street and more track.

I had my M3 setup for straight up track and had PSS9's, realized they were too soft for my liking although they handled well, they just werent confident for me, what do you recommend?

Im getting it, so should i just buy the 8/12kg setup, or get his and upgrade to the different springs, or what is it that set's the two of them apart??

I just purchased an '02 996tt in September and am putting the JIC's on. I have owned many track cars in the past and have used Bilsteins, KW, H&R, Moton, Apexi, HKS, and JIC. IMHO, the JIC/Cross with the 8kg/12kg is the perfect combination for a serious enthusiast who wants optimal handling for the street/canyons and will occasionally track the car. Call JIC and speak to John, he has a 996TT and he'll give you the full scoop on which spring rate is best for your needs. I'll also be running these with 19" Kinesis F110's, so the ride is definitely not too harsh for the street with the 8/12 springs.

Your next challenge is to get some curved front drop links so you can use the GT3 adjusable sway bars. I bought a used set made by ScarGO. Racers group used to make them. They were out of stock when I was ready to buy.
