Cut the 02 sensor off, got a buttload of error codes

Woofie_187 is infamous around these parts


It works, this is what happens Friday drove my car around on the highway and in town. Me I’m going to put my 02 sensor on with a new bung since the exhaust fit like **** and crushed the rear passenger 02 sensor. Jacked the car up, cut the old o2 off since it was crushed against some ****. Put a new bung and o2 on it. Runs like trash with unclearable codes. Pics attached are the old sensor before I cut it.

thats an O2 bung extender on the post cat O2 .Most likely there because no cats and the second O2 isn't turned off in the ecu.

Got the ecu back with a mafless tune from markski. Works perfect! Unplug your **** before you work on your car.

Weird, but that should not have destroyed the ECU. I can only imagine maybe the cut wires shorted against each other.

I can't believe there was any power going through the sensor wires if the car was off - must have shorted something else.
