Fuel mapping

If I change my exhaust, do I need to remap the fuel map? How does one actually do that? Anyone in San Diego good at it?

to optimize - yes - since it sounds like it changes the boost characteristics.

however, i'd assume most of the programs have a margin of error built in to accommodate exhausts, intakes, etc.
