Rear spoiler up and down speeds
I see the 997 TT comes down at a lower speed, my local Porshe garage notes they can't change the standard set up of ( up and down speeds ) on my 996 TT, is this really true ?

The 996 TT goes up at 75mph and down at 38mph. I'm unaware of anyone who has changed these speed settings.

It can't be reprogrammed. You're stuck with the Porsche settings of when they go up or down.

Of course there is a manual "override" so it can go up or down at any speed.

You can't manually bring it down above 75mph I don't believe...

actually, once over 75mph you cannot over-ride the spoiler down.


Of course everything and anything can be changed in the ECU if you have the proper access...
