Is this a good deal?

Hi I'm new to this forum been looking around for a while but haven't post anything. I'm at the beginning of my search for a Porsche turbo, I recently found one but unsure if it's a good deal. Can I get you guys inputs on this car if it's a good deal or not.

2001 996TT
19,000 miles
Arctic Silver Metallic
6-speed manual
Hifi stereo digital sound package with 6 disc CD changer.
Sport seats w/ 2-stage heaters.
Has PSM and Bi-xenon headlights.
$83,900

How much off the listed price should I ask for? I was thinking mid to high 70s because of the miles..

Thanks in advance...

Just so you know, PSM and Xenons are standard on the Turbo and sport seats are a no cost option, the price is in line, have it checked and try to get a discount but the price isnt far off.

He said PSM which was standard, the Turbo base in 2001 was $111k, I hear you the options are minimal but thats fine because most options are a waste and are worthless, its a clean, straight, no story car that is the goal in a search.
