Don't do it! Too many people have it now. It stopped working two years ago. Cops are not impressed anymore. I got a ticket for doing 68 (for real) on 65 mph highway.

 

Does 11-99 Foundation Work?

My brother has been a member for a few years, just got out of a hefty ticket a few weeks back.

 

i'd rather people not say if it works or not.

let's say it's worth the old price of $1800 but *not* the new price of $5k.
