Yes, Promotive has an engine dyno. I understand it was used with Alex's car. Actually, this is the only usage of one for a 6speed members car that I am aware of. Many tuners have a engine dyno but either don't have the wiring harness or the ability to tuner the ECU.
I dont think too many tuners here in the US use engine dynos.
I recall a recent thread on the pros and cons of both tunning approaches...
but I do know that some porsche race car teams prefer engine dynos.
