I love these cars, I would not trade one for my 02 turbo but as an additonal car someday I will own one. Looking for anyone here that has experience owning a 94 or newer Diablo. I like the looks of the Diablo better than the Murcielago.
Thanks!

Stay away from Diablo's. My buddy had one and it was a pile of sh*t. Too many problems to list. Surf the Lambo sites and you'll even see the owners crying what a junk their cars are.
why '94 or newer?
I am extremely intimate with an early Diablo, one of the first to come into the states. Believe me, this car is to be avoided. It's caused nothing but problems, and having also owned a 25th Anniv. Countach, I've had nothing but headaches with these cars. The exception has been my LM002, which is an excellent vehicle.
Awful on the track, difficult to drive on the street, temperamental, these cars are good for few things other than sitting and looking really good.

I have Gallardo on my 'futures' list & will be taking a look-see next month (like Murcielago, she should look better in person than pics).
People I've talked to usually remind that they 'require attention' (pre-Murcielago)...........personally I think they're pretty interesting company (Audi or not)........was very furtunate to visit Sant'Agata a couple yrs back, spent a fair amount of time on the floor, had lunch w/Greco. It's a small operation, but alot of pride, and alot of passion for what they were doing.
