How do you tell if your rotors need to be replaced?

What do I need and how do I measure my rotors to see if they need to be replaced. I have a 2001 996 C2. I've tracked my car probably 15 times over the last 3 years. No cracks anywhere on the rotors. Thanks

Ken

kiko is infamous around these parts
If cracked no more than 7mm or if they reach between holes, on wear Porsche doesn't provide data for the Turbo but does for the GT3 which is no more than 0,6mm of wear (32,4mm if the new ones are 33mm)
