PS IMHO these cars sound very disappointing with a stock exhaust, and even with the X-50 still too quite. to each his own!
I'm the guy who has Tom's old X-50 exhaust. Now its not stock either since Tom had most of the baffling removed. Its REALLY loud......to me anyway

I think its a good low-cost alternative....frees up alot of HP.

Custom quiet RUF exhaust. Single outlet RUF exhaust using OEM tips with RUF internals. I have it and love it. It is just slightly louder (very slightly) than stock and is designed for people who do not want any more noise, but want the 100 cell cat and the advantages the RUF exhaust offers. Absolutely no resonance. Zero.

Well like i said, evo exdhaust is a modified stock exhaust, more aggressive tone but nothing like the other loud exhaust, i have no cats but have heard it before. AWE tunings exhaust is also quiet, but i might be selling my Evo to do straight pipes if you are interested!

Imagine Auto can modified your stock exhaust (by gutting the muffler and add a 100 cell cat) for better flow similar to that of the Ruf.
Almost everything else will be louder and have some level of resonance.
