How long to aftermarket exhausts last compared to factory stock turbo exhausts?

I just wonder because since they are so much lighter and seem to get very hot compared to my stock exhaust. thanks

I think most exhausts get louder with age, but they should last a long time.

If you get a high quality aftermarket exhaust it should last as long if not longer than a stock one.

For example Cargraphic - Tubi - AWE

I know Cargraphic has something like a 25 year warranty - if I am not mistaken..

Im sure AWE has a great warranty -

When it comes to exhaust system - You pay for what you get.

Ive installed a ton of systems and these 3 remain my top for sound-duarbility and fitment.

But thats just my .02 cents.

What about Remus? It sounds great and they seem to be selling like hotcakes. I know because they are fairly inexepensive....but is that because their company is not well-known yet? I heard their prices have risen over the past few months though.

I put GHL's on my 86 turbo with no probs, I put GHL's on my 996tt and this week after modifying the straps from ghl that now has broken 4 times , I found the muffler box is cracked along the weld this is the second time in one year. Also the old style cats "dislodged" in their canisters. GHL was great and sent me new ones and new muffler. I will be sending this recent cracked muffler back to them .
