New to the board!!
Hey guys, just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I've been following the board for a few weeks and I was just finally approved. Seems like a great board with lots of useful info here. I actually cleaned my MAF today following the DIY thread from a while ago here. Noticed a huge improvement. Car just runs a lot better.
Just got a 2001 996TT not to long ago w/ 23,000 miles. This car's great and I love it!! No regrets at all.
The car came with the following mods when I bought it so I guess I kinda have a head start: K24 turbos, diverter valves, ecu upgrade, performance headers, lightweight flywheel, racing clutch, RUF exhaust.
I'm already planning on putting a TechArt body kit on it, V-flow intake, plenum, throttle body, B&M SSK, and Remus exhaust....courtesy of Sam @ Speed Gallery.
Was also thinking of painting my Gemballa rims black....opinions?
Girthboy - Got a chance to see your car at the shop a few weeks back. Very nice!! Love the Remus exhaust.
If anyone's interested, I will soon have my RUF exhaust for sale. PM me if you're interested.

Welcome aboard! You have a jump start with your stage 4 TT. Your planning list seem very good too. Black wheels will look agressive and nice, front bumper is need to remove those 01 bumperettes. You prefer Remus over Ruf? interesting ... Im sure someone will buy the Ruf off you quickly!!

Welcome to the Forums, Nice early modifications you got!
Your Turbo looks really nice , If you are going to paint your rims, I would suggest Anthratice finish Powdercoat would combine a classic and sporty look which will turn out really impressive!
