Where and when are you going to drive an XJ220 ... it would be a challenge to put 500 miles/yr on it. On the other hand, you will try to drive the CS every week.

That or the Bugatti EB110!!
Silver with Oregon plates in HB? I would definitely say the Jag, I have seen one of the streets in my life, and I believe it is the same one hotrodguy is talking about. Almost got in an accident staring at it on the freeway. Amazing cars.

Well since this will not be your only fun/exotic car my vote goes for the XJ220 because it is one of those cars that no one has. The CS is a great car, but for the majority of people who do not know anytihng about cars it is a 360 and we see 360s every day. You already have an F40 and a CGT which give you everything the 360CS can do plus more. I would love to see a 959 in your garage but I am purely bias because it is one of my favorites of all time, but knowing the way you pick up exotics I bet sooner or later you will buy the Jag and then get a 959 or something like it. Who knows maybe a Mclaren F1 one day. But between a XJ220 and a CS I would go with the XJ220 given you car collection already. If I was to pick one to be my only exotic it would be the CS, but your garage would make me take the XJ for sure.

I know it wasn't one of your choices but the value of the Lamborghini 6.0 just continues to go UP and UP every year!!

Get the XJ220, the car literally has a detuned Jaguar Race Motor (turbocharged no less)..... The car has bottomed out in value and will no doubt appreciate in the future and it's considered by many to be the best looking exotic ever built.

no doubt Dario, a real classic that I have always admired...I have found though, that as I age (38), I am finding the styling a little bit flash for me...maybe I'm becoming an old fuddy...

Again though, next time your in toronto, please let me me know, I would be thrilled to go for a pint or dinner to chat with you.

Deffinetly agree with BOYRACER. If it was your only exotic, the CS without a second thought. But let's just say if I had a CGT in my driveway, I don't think I would drive the CS. I don't have much love for Jags, but I will put my bias aside and tell you that since you seem to like this car a lot. It's a better choice for you.
Oh and I'm really not into high maintanance vehicles. I feel that these cars live for us, and not the other way around. When theres to much fixing to be done, I just update. I guess that rule dosen't apply if there is a sentimental value or a classic that you wanted ever since....
