Hey boys,

I'm thinking of buying a place in Florida and need some advice. I love Miami (south beach etc) so I want to be semi-close. I basically want a nice gated community thats waterfront with enough dockage for a 42 foot Cigarette 1.


Any parts or specific area's you guys know about that might accomadate this?

 

Here is the run down as far as Miami waterfront property. I am not in real estate but this is what I have seen. You may want to send a PM to Duane.


1. "Star Island" Extremely expensive Upto 25 Million for a home, but you are surrounded by movie stars "hense the name"

2. "Gables Estates" Homes range from 5 Million upto 20 million

3. "Cocoplum" Homes range from 1.5 uptp 10 Million.

These are Gated communities that have dockage. Their are a great deal of other places, but just keep in mind that if you water in your backyard, you are going to be paying BIG DOLLARS!!!!
