Wastegate springs: I assume "calibrated" means tighten the bolt (clamp the stock spring tighter). Calibration helps, but does not performs nearly as well as upgraded springs IMO.
For boost controller: Basically you need to intercept the boost signal going to each wastegate and splice in your boost controller. Have been doing this on various cars (not the Pcar) since 1989... Damn I'm old.
