Need new rotor advice.
Need new rotor advice.
I finally got my calipers removed and sent them off to Sandoval for powder coating. I'm open to all options, but I think I want to replace my rotors w/ something that will work with my stock calipers. I'm looking at some lightweight OEM dimension rotors from ProStopPerformance. They offer solid and floating two-piece rotors--drilled or slotted.
Maybe I'll install some stainless brake-lines while I'm at it.
Does anyone have rotor recommendations?
Thx,
David

I think the two piece 14 inch rotor with the stock caliper is a good upgrade. Cooler rotor temps. and gives 14 inch look. I think ProStop does this give them a call. If you track your car this is a good upgrade also, keeps the rotors cooler and less unsprung weight at each corner.
I prefer cryofrozen drilled for track use. However if this is a visual upgrade, various combinations of patterns of slots and or drilled can be done that are optically pleasing.
