Hey guys,

I'm planning on another upgrade to the 996TT X50, but I need your suggestion as to which one I should go for. GIAC vs PSI. Your opinion and advice is needed, so please give me your insight. Thanks in advance guys!

I can't comment on PSI. My 91 octane GIAC X50 made 516 RWHP with Exhaust, Intake, Diverter valves and Upgraded wastegate springs.

Is the PSI 520 is 520HP? I've look thought GIAC stage 3 for X50. It will be 90hp gain which will add up to 540hp. Anyone have more info. with dyno number or so?

Bottom line, if we flash the car give it 30 days. If you don't like it then we will return it. I counted over 520 Flashes we have performed on TTs since 02. I can't say that doesn't say something.

I have not ridden in a giac car so I have nothing to compare my psi 480 to. All I can tell you is the PSI seems to do it more with timing and mapping adjustments and not primarily with increasing boost. They do increase the boost but nut as much as some others. The car is very responsive and has a ton of grunt down low so it is quick on the street. I have been very happy with my PSI software and I ran a 11.91 at 119.9 mph at the dragstrip in a tiptronic. If you can, see if you can find some cars to ride in or drive. I'm sure there is a GIAC car around you somewhere. Both options should be OK and well worth the cost of either. Enjoy.
