Picked up some new Aluminum NR Gauges...need install help

Hey guys, I just picked up some new Aluminum NR gauges and am ready to install them. Can someone give me some advice on how to take the gauge cluster apart so I can install these? Thanks in advance.

Umm, im pretty sure they stick/glue onto the original ones

Honestly, I would leave that up to the pros. Ask NR to recommend someone in your area. I've seen some pretty whack jobs!!

I have a buddy who is pretty mechanically oriented but he was lookin for a quick summary of how to take the gauge cluster off/apart to install the gauges.
