I would hope so. I can't speak for every dealer but they should know better.

ebaker is infamous around these parts
I talked to 2 different dealer techs and they don't bother with draining the turbos.

kiko is infamous around these parts
Just came back from a local Porsche Specialist and guess what the turbos had never been drained before, result? One screwed plug...
