19in Tire question?

I am really looking to pull the trigger on some 19's and would like some honest feedback on tires. Are the 19in dot approved contis really that bad? Will I feel a decrease in cornering performance, Your responses are greatly appreciated.

They either are, or are not "really that bad" depending on your reference point, your "needs" and expectations.

What are you running now, and how do you use / drive the car?
What do you expect from the tires?

If you're not in a rush...Michelin should have some Pilot Sport 2's for 19" TT fitments. Nobody knows how they will perform, but if they are OEM on the C-GT, that should mean something!!!

For everyday driving, I find the Conti's more that adequate, even when I do some mountain pass runs...But of course, when I get serious....The Pilot Cups are what I run
