Esemes -- the white-faced gauges are the "aluminum-look" gauge option. There's a sticker under the front trunk lid that lists the option codes for each car. Congratulations, nice car!

 

Looks very familiar. I've had this one for about 6 wks. It's mostly stock. 2003 X50. White gauges are an OEM option. I had them on two Boxsters. Not positive if they should say "Turbo" though.

The '01 996tt "aluminum-look" gauges did not have the "turbo" script on them, but the more recent years did. I think it's option code "X70".

 

I just wrote up a little DIY for the w/w delete. Look back a page or 2 for it.

 

Where in Clearwater are you at? I have a few car buddies in that neck of the woods that try and get together for drives (if their cars are running.. Deputydog.....)
