clicking behind the dash

Hey i brought my car in a while back telling them periodically a clicking like if the turn signal was on was comming from directly behind the cluster.. Porsche beverly hills said hey have heard of the problem happening to many cars but can never reproduce it to find it.... Its more or likely a relay i think thats just bad... Anyone else have this problem... It happens even when the car is parked with no keys in it.
