HELP - Installing GT3 Seats - What do I do with the wires...

Hi,

I need some help with the install of the Gt3 seats in my 996TT with sport seats. The sport seats is partially powered (no power sliding) + heat. What do I need to do in order to get the gt3 seat installed without triggering the ABS and seat belt light. I am using the OEM belt but will upgrade to 5 points in a few months.

Also, I already disconnected the battery before removing the sport seats.

Thanks

The only wire you need to plug in is the seatbelt wire. just make sure the battery is disconnected and that the pins are in the same way you unplugged them. The harness can just sit.

yah, the harness just hangs there. I put some electrical tape on it to keep it from flopping around under the seat.

Hi,

When I remove the belt clip from the sport seat, there is a wire that goes to a big black plug where other wires also connects to. How do I unmount the green plug (2pins) (seat plug) from the big black plug (the plug that connect the whole thing? I am talking about the plugs that remains with the seat, no the one that lays on the car floor.
