WAY off topic... but thought you'd like...

Sorry for the crazy off topic.. but my car was brought up a few times here.. and I thought I would share some recent info...you guys are a great bunch and I owe you a little... anyway.....

Well... after finally getting the M5 exactly how I like it... we ran the Dyno. We went to All Speed Performance here in Meskegan Michigan. They had a 6.7 second Talon... and a 1700rwhp Station wagon... that at the last time at the track lifted 3 of the 4 wheels off the ground. CRAZY stuff. Awesome shop.. and cool people. There website is www.allspeedperformance.com check it out.

So.. back to my car... the first 2 pulls we were having trouble keeping the wheels from spinning above 6500rpm. So for the 3rd run... we raised the tire pressure to 55psi. The wheels still spun out the last 1050 Rpm... so there is definatly a little bit more to it... but this is pretty close to being "it". I ran on 93 octane.... I normally run 100 ALL THE TIME... but just for this dyno I ran the normal 93.I don't think 100 would really add horse.. but just letting yous know. Also.. since the new tune... Shadowman had taken out 75-100 HP of the original build........just to make the car ultra safe....So really.. the original claim of 800rwhp is pretty dead on.

ENJOY.....

awesome numbers man, how many pounds of boost are you running, i saw the 55 just off a glance and thought you ran 55psi of boost, that would be crazy. Is it supercharged i assume?

nice numbers, the car sounds great too (nothing like a BMW)...It's really lean after 5500 rpm's...you should look into correcting that before you need to replace the motor again. I wouldn't go higher than 12.0:1 on an s/c car.
