Mysterious loose plug?

Mysterious loose plug?
We were getting ready to install our Fabspeed exhaust system tonight when we noticed a loose plug that we did not remember removing. Can anyone tell me where this is supposed to go? It is taped up with the 02 sensor wires.

It look similar to the plug that connects your fan, spoiler up/down, engine compartment light etc. It is located in the engine compartment on the extreme right hand side, near where your intercooler hose enters the engine compartment. I controls all electrical on the engine compartment cover.
