My OEM Carpets need to go
Uninspirational Black needs to be changed for something like Bordeaux Red, has anybody done this ?, lots of work and where the hell do I get full TT carpets in Red unless anybody wants to swap ??
Interesting, one of the things I've been wanting to do is change my carpets from Boxster Red to black to get more contrast in the car. I don't know of anyone making carpet sets for the 996 (too new). You could probably buy a set through Porsche ($$), but then the unusual color would be an issue.
Some of the Ferrari guys have been successful getting custom carpet sets made from local upolstery shops. That might be an option, but again $$.
The most cost effective option is buying a set from a wrecked car and getting that set dyed.

I recently swapped out my graphite mats for some black ones with "turbo" script lettering from Lloyds. Like the change. You can get Lloyds from Pelican Parts. Took under 2 wks to get them.
