And mufflers but since they are after the exit to the tips I'm assuming this thing would be loud. That's a good thing though.

sharkster: I would run your setup if I wouldn't get a CEL. I don't know if this looks like a B&B exhaust. There is one pipe going into the muffler but nothing coming out of it like a B&B or most exhaust to the exhuast. I don't see the point of the muffler in this pic since it's past the pipe for the tips.

It's B&B. I had a B&B on my Z06. The canister is designed to be an air spring and resonate at a half phase out with the exhaust at certain frequencies to remove certain tones. So... it muffles out a tone, but not the loudness and it does a good job of it.

SlowMotion: Does it sound good though? Will it actually add any power? Will it be as loud as running Fabspeed 100 cell cats with no mufflers? I have a B&B muffler on my wife's E46 M3 and I like it.

LOL noboyd would be mad enough to run our set up It's honestly so loud it's not even funny!

The muffler/can is like an "optional" one I think... where some of the air flows that way. Strange but it seems to work ok.

sharkster: Like I asked SlowMotion how loud would this be compared to the 100 cell Fabspeed cats without mufflers?

I've never head the Porsche one, but the Z06 one was great sounding and loud as hell. Loved it and so did anyone else that loved loud cars.

That's the B&B setup. I had it before I traded with Sharkey. He and I will both tell you one thing: it is loud. The real problem is the resonance, though. It will make you want to "pop" your ears by opening your mouth real wide (like when you are at altitude in a plane). That happens around 2000-2200rpm with the B&B GT pipes.

I decided to pass on this. I am thinking of a GHL exhaust, Fabspeed Super Sport or just the Fabspeed 100 cell Cats with muffler bypass pipes.

I have the Fabspeed GT2 exhaust with 100 cell cats, and it is LOUD! I find that it doesn't resonate badly in wamer temps above 80 degrees F. There's lots of burble too. For those colder days, time to put on the earplugs.
