I'm going to be using them pretty much for the track. They weigh about 6lbs a piece compared to over 90lbs a piece for the factory sport seats. I'll probably use them for the dragstrip too, to shed some extra weight. I love the carbon fiber!

6 lbs!!! Thats crazy. Whats the story on them? They look alot like the euro gt3 seats but they must be much lighter. Very nice. Are you gonna swap them out with the regular seats from time to time or just leave them in all the time? I wonder if you could get the hole surround in CF too?

I think the design is based on the GT3 seat. I'm going to swap them for track only. A 1 piece seat is a little uncomfortable for me to run full time.

Very cool, they look like the GT3 seats, but lighter.

Looks like those came with Sparco Universal Sliders and brackets. Get the OEM GT3 sliders they are much better.

I'm keeping my factory sliders and using the brackets on the CF seats.

Who are these seats made by? Are they FIA-approved and crash tested?

FIA-approved seats have to withstand a deceleration of approximately 20g's based on its 8855-1999 standard.

Don't mean to be a downer on the seats, just want to make sure you aren't compromising your own safety.
