Difference between TT engine and GT2 engine?

As the topic says..what is the difference in power output and actual mechanical differences between the 2..

I drove a 2003 TT with a GT2 engine last night..

The difference between the 2 are the :2 or 4wd, turbos, intercoolers, ECU, transmission, suspension, exhaust, brakes, wheels and tires, front bumper, tail, insulation, etc... and approx $65k.
You probably drove a Turbo with the X50 option, thats no GT2.

If you have driven a turbo X50 and a GT2 back to back on the same road or event, there is a difference. The main noticable difference in the feeling of power is the gearing ratio's not the powerplant.

I've driven X50's and I want to drive a GT2 badly, I think driving a new TT with RWD would be a blast!

The gear ratios are the same, the weight is 220 lbs less, plus extra power and better handling.
