Another problem with the Turbo!
Another problem with the Turbo!
So the other day, I pressed my clutch pedal about 3 times while the car was off and I could hear a sound like "pshhhhuuu" out of the back, so I open the rear lid and see that a ton of fluid had leaked out of the clutch fluid cap on the right side of the engine. So I check to see if it is tight....it is, and then open the cap ....get a ton of pressure released....then recap. Now every time, I get in the car for a cold startup, the clutch feels so heavy and hard to press in. After startup, it loosens up alot...but does not feel 100% right while driving. It does not feel smooth like before. Any suggestions?
Basically got my car back 1 week ago from a 12 week tranny repair:
1: Have a spoiler failure- goes up crooked as hell--yanked the fuse for now.
2. Have a tube that is disconnected for the wastegates- can't find the hose anywhere. Stuck in limp mode now....tired of resetting the ECU.
3. A clutch issue.
Prior to the tranny repair, this car has basically given me zero problems.

Hey Martin, thanks. Hopefully one day I can just jump in and drive the car and not worry what else may go wrong. I absolutely love the car, but it is a pain in the *** right now!
Sorry to hear about these new issues after all you've been through. Sounds like a possible issue with the pressure plate. Any chance the dealer might've mucked around with the clutch during the tranny swap? You should take the car to the dealer and have em check their (shoddy) work!

Hey Rajtt, I think the dealer reinstalled the tranny and engine together correctly. I am planning to take her in and see what is going on.
Could the loss of clutch fluid cause this to happen?

Isnt there supposed to be a pressure relief valve in the reservoir? Possibly over filled?

man sorry to hear about this. I can relate to having cars be out of comission for a long period of time. It is an absolute pain and completely weighs down on you all the time. I hope they get everything worked out for you so you can enjoy the car.

I also have been avoiding driving on Route 99 as much as possible this past week since they are tearing the road up and repaving.
