No calorie lunch ...

I was having a pretty busy day at work today, so instead of rushing out to grab a quick lunch, I took at 15 minute drive around on some less congested roads (not fast, just relaxing) and wound down a bit. A nice relaxing lunch, and without any calories . Makes me glad I bought the turbo.

Just wanted to share my brief "mini turbo vacation".

crazy1323 is infamous around these parts
I do this alot in between classes. I am a student right now, double major in mechanical engineering and business, and love to just go on a nice drive when i need a study break. For the most part the P-Car sits in the garage and i take the Bimmer out. I have electric exhaust cutouts on both pipes with an x pipe before it. When i hit that switch and drive through the Mississippi backroads i forget all about all the troubles and worries of school. Glad to see i am not alone.

i think some porsche dealers are able to install the sport exhaust system in cars that didn't come like that from the factory...

There is a factory option for straight pipes, how come no one ever told me this. On my BMW there is a butterfly valve on both pipes about half way after the headers. When i flip a switch inside the cabin the exhaust dumps into the atmosphere without going through anything, cats or mufflers, that is what i want on my 996.
