msindi is right. The holes on the side of the Techart bumper are optional and a matter of opinion. I believe they are only available on the Type II GTS bumper. I have the standard Type II bumper.

Hope this helps

msindi Thanks!

kparis When you say optional does that mean those are just 2 different part nos? correct? Is there a big difference in price? I just think that the ones with the wholes are a lot more sportier looking imo.

There are 3 techart type II fronts:
- regular type II as on Keith's car
- type II GTS like on EM 996GTS and fred's car: has carbon lip, side holes and front duct splitters (like GT2) also in carbon
- type II GT (one im getting): like type II GTS but no carbon lip and duct splitters are in black plastic (I do not like CF on the exterior of a car)
I think retail is roughly like 4K, 5900 and 4900 respectively

Mansour,

Can you add the duct splitters to a type II bumper?

Keith,
The car looks great. I really like the GT2 tail with the Techart kit. I was looking at your car trying to figure out what looked different from the other full Techart cars. Car looks dope for sure. By the way, I got the front bumper and it will be intalled this week with the Techart steering wheel. I am now considering Brembo brakes with 14" 2 piece rotors (the F50 caliper). Will let you know what I do and will post pics soon. I'll call you about the rockers and shipping money.
Enjoy the sweetness,
Ron

P.S. Cool new signature. How did you do that?

Be sure to post some pictures of the new Techart steering wheel and leather airbag when you get it. I sure it will set off your interior!! Call me tomorrow for the shipping $$ for the bumper. I decided to keep the rockers.

Keith
