I have not seen this car. However, as to RPM's reputation...Ray is second to none. His cars are impeccably inspected and I have the greatest confidence in what he sells. He will tell you if there are any issues with the car. And you can believe him if he says there are none.

I purchased as GT3 from him last year. Car was flawless as advertised and just purchased a 996 turbo.

Nice car...had my eye on that one as well but didn't really need a 2 and a 3.

 

They dropped the price on that 2?

Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Seemed really arrogant. Probably has a lot of tire kickers and is tired of answering questions, who knows....but thanks for the insight.

I bought an M3 from him last year, and it was perfect as advertised. He knows the market well and is a tough negotiator. And yes, a bit arrogant. That 2 has been for sale there forever. An odd mix of aluminum and carbon in the interior as I recall. With those many miles, GT2's are tough to sell. First concern is the ceramic brakes. They typically need replacement after 15k miles, and very pricey of course. The wheels, wing, and side mirrors from the '04 GT2 are nice additions.

I'm contemplating selling my GT2 after 3 years of ownership to buy some property.
4,100 miles, still under warranty, never tracked, perfect car.
