no, new RS4 won't hit this fall in the states. the new s4 is just strarting to come out

Actually, the new RS4 is still being developed. You must be talking about the new S4. They start delivery around the end of August.

Rumor has it that there will be an RS8 version of the A8 and that
it will appear before the new RS4!
