996TT extrawidebody conversion
just saw a 996TT with an extra 1" added to the width on the rear and front fenders on each side. ask Raj for pics (310)202-1555

Sounds like Cary Eisenlohr's car.
What color was it? And did the car have steel fenders?
The only widebodies I know of are the blue Ruf R Turbo Sport in Malibu and Cary's custom bad boy.

no, one was silver with TA front spoiler & rockers & gemballa wing, the other is black with the GT-2 set up. oh yeah the fenders were steel. looked clean. sorry don't have the pics, but i know Raj does.

Doesn't Gemballa have a wide body conversion?
I'm 99% sure they do. Look at some of the pictures under the GERMAN part of there website. I know its hard to get through, but you'll find some sick cars.

I don't understand a post like this - call RAJ for pics ? Can we also assume RAJ is in the business and would love to sell us this conversion? If you or "RAJ" have pictures we would like to see them......

no, i am not Raj, just looking out for someone who did a great job to my car. i had him do a wide body on my car, front and rear, i was telling him that he should advertise because he does incredible work for a great price. pics of my wide body is on the 996 thread. i let him know that there was quite a response so he is going to post pics. he does all the work for these high end local motoring shops but never gets the credit for it. i just thought it was a shame.

Yup!! Raj is good guy my car is in his hand too. back and front as Eric's.
