Thumbs up Picture thread/comments from 1st Annual BayArea meet

First of all I wanted to thank everyone who showed up today. It was a gorgeous day and maybe counted one cloud

A special thanks to Carlsen Porsche, Baja Cantina, Robert Fernandez, Doug Blessing, Bob Brooks and everyone who contributed for the raffles.

There were 74 cars who I was able to check off. I think there were another 5-10 who I didn't check off. There were also around 10 cars who just showed up to the morning meet. So my guess is 90 cars did actually show up ! NOT a bad turnout for a 1st time meet simply done online

Well I enjoyed meeting all of those who attended. I wish I could have spent more time chatting with everyone.

Thanks and here are some PICS FROM BAJA CANTINA

I really like freds new hood. What's chad doing w/ his? Is it just not painted yet? Looks nice in that scheme. Is the car as much of a beast in person as it sounds in words?

Wow! That looks fun. How long did you spend planning that event Fred?

BTW: 98% of the cars were silver or Gray huh?

THANKS FRED!!!

Fred,

Thuy and I had a great time today and we wanted to thank you for coordinating an awesome event. You couldn't have picked a better day, as the weather was beautiful. It was great to meet new Porsche friends and see some truly amazing cars. Your straight pipes sounded mean!

Looking forward to next year.

Thuy and Brian (GT2)

Thanks goes to Fred for pulling this event off without a hitch. Great bunch of folks and some very good aggressive driving out there. But all done with respect and safety in mind. I was just hoping that Chad would have passed me a couple times when he had the opportunity just so I could hear and feel his car blow by me.

I continue to thank you guys for introducing me to PSS9 coilovers. Best mod I ever put on my car and today's drive was ideal in showing me how well it helps keep these powerful cars controlled.

Looking forward to next year.
