Mileage was acheived by a long commute everyday to work and I also really love to drive....especially with this car. No major issues other than normal maintenance, brake pads, front right bearing, left rear bearing, front diff (I believe due to the fornt bearing issue), it's also in for the 120k service right now and I have to replace a drive shaft from the diff to I beleive the viscous coupling (aka cardan shaft)...in all not a bad service experience at all. I also change the oil every 5k religiously and too boot it gets 19-20 MPG on highway runs and it runs all winter long as well. Way too much fun to leave in the garage!!!!

Quote: Ha!....thats funny considering that you have 22 cars in your sig. Based on 15k a year, that averages to about 682 miles a year per car.

Seeing is how we're talking about mileage on your Turbos... and I'm actually in the market for an 01'... i was wondering how the service issues were after about 40k. Because the market is so soft for higher mileage 01's right now i'm thinking of swooping one up pretty soon. I know t2_996420 didnt have many problems, but is that the general consensus? I'm looking at gettin an 01 with close to 35K, but didnt want to worry about maintaince issues with it. Any thoughts? Thanks!
